    The Role of Notaries in Making Limited Liability Company Legal Entity Deeds through the General Legal Administration System

    Registration of limited liability company legal entity deeded from a manual system to an electronic system or online is expected so that the registration or validation can run more efficiently and more effectively. Similar to the previous provisions, until now the process of making a request for registration into the General Law Administration System still requires the role of a notary. The purpose of this paper is to analyze: 1) The role of the notary in drawing up limited liability company legal entity deeds through the general legal administration system in Blora Regency. 2) The effectiveness of making and registering limited liability company legal entity deeds by a notary through the general legal administration system in Blora Regency. The approach method in this research is a sociological juridical approach. The specification of the research used is descriptive analysis research. Types of data using primary data and secondary data. Data collection by interview method and literature study. The data analysis method used is qualitative analysis. The research problems were analyzed using the theory of legal certainty and the theory of legal effectiveness with the results of the research concluding: 1) The role of the notary in making legal entity deeds of limited liability companies through the General Legal Administration system in Blora Regency, namely making deeds and making applications electronically through the general law administration system, because a notary deed that functions as an authentic deed must provide certainty and legal protection for the community and function as the most perfect means of evidence.2) The effectiveness of making and registering limited liability company legal entity deeds by a notary through the General Legal Administration System in Blora Regency is the registration of limited liability company deeds through the General Legal Administration System by a notary directly which strongly supports a faster and more effective registration completion process.     MENINGKATKAN KEMAMPUAN GURU DALAM MENYUSUN STRATEGI DAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN MELALUI WORKSHOP PADA SMK BINAAN

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan proses menyusun strategi dan model pembelajaran melalui workshop, serta meningkatkan Kinerja guru dalam menyusun strategi pembelajaran melalui workshop di SMK Binaan kabupaten Lamongan semeseter ganjil Tahun Pelajaran 2017/2018. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan respon guru terhadap kegiatan yang dilakukan.. Penelitian dilakukan dengan dua siklus dan masing-masing siklus terdiri atas empat tahapan, yakni: perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi dan refleksi. Indikator kinerja yang ditetapkan adalah: bila minimal terdapat 85 % guru tergolong sangat baik dan baik dalam aspek penilaian strategi pembelajaran, maka sudah dapat dikatakan tindakan yang diterapkan berhasil. Aspek yang diukur dalam menilai keberhasilan tindakan adalah kesiapan guru mengikuti workshop dan hasil pelaksanaan workshop. Penelitian dilakukan dengan subyek penelitian adalah 30 orang guru IPA di 15 SMK Binaan kabupaten Lamongan. Dari analisis diperoleh bahwa terjadi peningkatan kesipan dan Kinerja guru dalam menyusun strategi pembelajaran dari siklus I ke siklus II. Ketercapaian indikator kinerja terdapat pada tindakan ke II. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa melalui workshop dapat meningkatkan Kinerja guru dalam menyusun strategi pembelajaran pada guru-guru IPA di SMK Binaan kabupaten Lamongan.     A Review: Synthesis of Biodiesel from Low/Off Grade Crude Palm Oil on Pretreatment, Transesterification, and Characteristics

    Biodiesel from natural materials has proven its contribution as a renewable energy source. Exploration of natural materials has expanded until many studies have begun to consider natural waste materials to reduce the impact of environmental damage. A natural material that is still considered waste is Crude Palm Oil (CPO) Low/Off Grade. Research on this waste has begun to be projected as a raw material for biodiesel. Research on the use of various catalysts in the transesterification and esterification reaction of this waste has expanded. Then, the biodiesel produced has unique characteristics. Thus, some of these studies have been reviewed on a small scale. From that, it is proposed a route to utilize CPO Low/Off Grade which is sustainable and renewable.     Fatty acid methyl esters can be obtained from the synthesis of vegetable oil with methanol using a base catalyst. Vegetable oil has potential as biodiesel feedstock, the methyl ester character of various vegetable oils is different, for example from sunflower seed oil and olive oil. The synthesis of methyl esters by conventional transesterification reactions generally takes 1-2 hours. The purpose of this study was to synthesize methyl esters from sunflower seed oil and olive oil with a KOH catalyst and to determine the yield and its characteristics. This research is a type of laboratory experimental research. The research was carried out in 3 stages which included (1) determination of the free fatty acid content (ALB) of the oil, (2) transesterification of the oil with methanol and potassium hydroxide as a catalyst, and (3) characterization of the synthesized methyl ester which included density, viscosity, and number. acid. The results showed that the yield of methyl esters synthesized by transesterification reaction of sunflower seed oil was 95.61% and the yield of methyl esters synthesized by transesterification reaction of olive oil was 95.09.%. The methyl ester characters synthesized from sunflower seed oil are, density of 0.906 g/mL, viscosity of 5.035 cSt, acid number of 1.21 g KOH/g. The methyl ester characters synthesized from olive oil by transesterification reaction are density of 0.909 g/mL, viscosity of 12.203 cSt, acid number of 0.629 g KOH/g

    PID Control Design for Biofuel Furnace using Arduino

    The target of the Indonesian government in 2025 is increasing the use of renewable energy up to 23%, one part of potential renewable energy in Indonesia is biofuel. Biofuel requires raw materials of plant or animal oil with or without catalyst, it does not require the raw material of ethanol or methanol. The product is similar to gasoline and diesel that came from crude oil. Potential oil-producing plants in Indonesia are Palm Oil and Nyamplung (Calophyllum inophyllum L.). The process of making biofuel from this material is done by heating the reactor or furnace with temperature range of 350° C - 500° C. To reach the stability of furnace temperature, it requires temperature control systems and one of them is PID. Arduino microcontroller is an open source and user friendly platform for hardware and software. The control system that designed by using arduino is capable to control the furnace temperature from 200° C to 400° C and it is using a 6000 watt heater. The best system response is achieved when Kp = 15, Ki = 15 and Kd = 1. With these parameter values, the system has the lowest overshoot response of 16%, so it is safe for biofuel furnace, even though the rise time value is 146 s, settling time of 429 and steady state error is equal to 2.87%

    Most of low income and poor do not have financial protection in mitigating their financial losses. The need for financial protection among the low income and poor is crucial. There are many people who become poorer struggling with their life to cope with vulnerability. Most of these people have sold their assets; borrow money, young kids are forced to work to support their family. This scenario can be seen whereby there are demand of microtakaful product is still low in our market. Thus, researcher believed that there are loads of factors might be underwrote to the demand of the microtakaful that need to be revealed especially in Malaysia in order to encourage more low income and poor people to contribute to this scheme. The main purpose of this study is to delve into the matter further and explore selected factors that can be considered to be contributed for demand of microtakaful product in Malaysia. The study was conducted on respondents with low monthly income and those who fall into the poverty level category. Primary data was used in this study using distribution of questionnaire. A 150 set of questionnaires had been designed and distributed in order to obtain a quantitative primary data for this research. From the findings, all independent variables have significant result toward dependent variable and indicate that an awareness level is the best predictor to the demand of microtakaful product in Malaysia
